It’s official – the Bank of Lithuania has issued the first two #crowdfunding<\/a>\u00a0licenses in Lithuania under the European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSP) Regulation.<\/p>\n

We are delighted and proud to have represented both of these clients (HeavyFinance<\/a>\u00a0and Andrum Fund) in the licensing process: they became the first Lithuanian\u00a0#crowdfunding<\/a>\u00a0market participants fully licensed under the new\u00a0#ECSP<\/a> Regulation.<\/p>\n

It’s a big step forward for Lithuanian crowdfunding market in transitioning from national to European\u00a0legal\u00a0regime.<\/p>\n
