Please be reminded that the\u00a0European Banking Authority<\/a>\u00a0guidelines regarding the role and responsibilities of the AML\/CTF Compliance Officer under Article 8 and Chapter VI of Directive (EU) 2015\/849 are being applied from today (1st of December, 2022)\u2757\ufe0f<\/p>\n

The guidelines present details for financial market participants on:
\n\ud83d\udc49 provisions on appointing an AML\/CTF Compliance officer;
\n\ud83d\udc49 roles and responsibilities applicable for an AML\/CTF Compliance;
\n\ud83d\udc49 AML\/CTF compliance function organisation measures.<\/p>\n

We highly recommend to familiarize yourself with the guidelines once again and to start applying them whilst providing your services as a financial market participant.<\/p>\n
