Legal analysis of submitted documents, and the analysis of the compliance of intra-group transactions using the arm's length principle, as well as the preparation of conclusions.
Representation of investor in a civil litigation against one of the banks operating in Lithuania for the improper granting of an investment recommendation, and compensation for the resulting losses.
