I provided legal services to Easy Debt Service, UAB on acquisition of non-performing loan portfolios. The scope of the assignment was from non-binding offer to the completion of the transaction. I advised on the structure of the transaction, and provided thorough legal due diligence, and strategy. The total amount of the purchased claim rights was 150 million. EUR.

I prepared operating documents for Lords LB Asset Management for the purposes of Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on Alternative Investment Fund Managers.
