I have been practising law since 2009. Working as a judicial assistant at the court, and later as a senior specialist in the legislative division and legal representation department of the National Land Office under the Ministry of Agriculture, I had the opportunity to get an insider’s view of both the adjudication processes and the decision-making processes of a state institution. I have successfully represented clients both before the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of the Environment and in courts in matters of legalisation of unauthorised construction and/or elimination of its consequences
Issues relating to the management of jointly owned immovable property
Advising clients on the establishment of access arrangements, partitioning, drafting access arrangements agreements, representation in notary offices and courts
Appeals against the legality of decisions of state and municipal authorities
Representation in appeals against administrative acts (decisions, responses, etc.) adopted by public administration entities (the National Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture, the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of the Environment, the Environmental Protection Agency, the State Enterprise "Centre of Registers", etc.), both in pre-court proceedings and in court proceedings
Working for the National Land Service under the Ministry of Agriculture, I had the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions on draft legal acts in the field of land law
Since 2020, I have been included in the list of mediators of the Republic of Lithuania and I have been successfully providing mediation services in both family disputes and disputes between co-owners
