The number of participants in Lithuania’s crowdfunding market is growing at an impressive pace!

Currently 18 operators are listed in the Public List of Crowdfunding Platform Operators administered by the Bank of Lithuania. Over the past year, RESPONSE team has provided legal services to 6 newcomers, all of whom were successfully allowed to engage in crowdfunding activities. At the moment RESPONSE team advises 4 more companies seeking to become crowdfunding platform operators.

Our team constantly advises crowdfunding platforms operating on the market: we prepare legal documentation conforming to the needs of individual platform, we carry out legal audits of operators’ activities, periodically provide legal advice on complex issues of platform activities.

Moreover, please note that the new EU Crowdfunding Regulation will be launched in November this year. The Regulation will unify the legal framework for crowdfunding platforms across the Europe.
