In one case the court upheld a client’s claim and found that the debtor had entered into sham transactions before the bankruptcy proceedings were instituted.
After that the bankruptcy court agreed to close the debtor’s bankruptcy proceedings due to the debtor’s dishonesty (concealment of assets).
