The debtor, relying on the actions of the bailiff, challenged the recovery in favor of the client and obtained a temporary suspension of recovery. The Vilnius Regional Court declared the bailiff’s actions illegal, ruled that recovery actions from one property can be performed by only one bailiff, any competition between bailiffs is not allowed.
