I specialise in real estate and construction law.

I advise clients on a wide range of matters relating to real estate development, use, financing and transactions, as well as throughout the key stages of real estate projects. My practice covers territorial planning, land formation and reorganisation, changes in land use designation and use, the establishment of servitudes and other rights in rem, the use of state-owned land, and matters relating to the issuance of building permits.

I advise on construction processes and the performance of construction contracts, including design and construction relationships, project timelines, contractual amendments, additional works, extensions of time, liability and other matters arising between participants in the construction process.

I draft and review real estate and construction transaction documents, including preliminary and final sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, construction and design contracts, mortgage agreements and other agreements related to real estate.

I also advise clients in their dealings with state and municipal authorities, notaries and other parties involved in real estate and construction processes, and assess administrative decisions and the possibilities of challenging them.

I work on real estate and construction disputes, including disputes concerning leases, construction contracts, construction deadlines, defects, contractual liability and the performance of other real estate-related agreements. I prepare claims and procedural documents, analyse case law and contribute to developing clients’ legal positions in disputes.
