I advise clients on both day-to-day and complex employment law matters, ranging from employee recruitment, drafting and amending employment contracts, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and internal policy documents, through to termination of employment relationships and resolution of employment disputes.
In my corporate practice, I advise on company incorporation, structuring, shareholder relations, governance models, and reorganisations. I regularly participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), preparing transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, and contributing to deal structuring and execution.
