2023-07-20

It’s official – the Bank of Lithuania has issued the first two #crowdfunding licenses in Lithuania under the European Crowdfunding Service Providers (ECSP) Regulation.

We are delighted and proud to have represented both of these clients (HeavyFinance and Andrum Fund) in the licensing process: they became the first Lithuanian #crowdfunding market participants fully licensed under the new #ECSP Regulation.

It’s a big step forward for Lithuanian crowdfunding market in transitioning from national to European legal regime.
