This month the Bank of Lithuania has granted an Electronic Money Institution license (to engage in restricted activities) to our client UAB DRUSVALAS. The client currently operates as Currency Exchange Operator. The newly granted license will allow UAB DRUSVALAS to issue electronic money and provide payment services specified therein.

Also, this month the Bank of Lithuania has granted Fund Management Company license to our client UAB URBANUM RE. It will allow our client to manage Investment Funds intended for informed investors.
